New class starting this fall!

Abstract Art is a great way for kids to be introduced to creative expression. There's something magical about watching your child discover that art doesn't have to look like anything specific, it can just be colors, shapes, and feelings splashed onto paper, which is pure joyful creativity.

Some of the types of abstract art that your child may experience during this class include: tape resist art, sponge painting, marble painting, fork painting, finger painting, bubble painting, scrape painting, tissue paper collage, string painting, dot art, pointillism, color mixing exploration, warm vs.cool colors and watercolor painting. 

Inspiration for the art projects are derived from artists such as Pablo Picasso, Jackson Pollack, Piet Mondrian and Vassily Kandinsky.
